Your Tasks
Responsible for sales targets and commercial planning to achieve performance objectives
Develop and support markets and customers, with a focus on acquiring new clients and providing comprehensive customer support
Lead the development and implementation of a diverse product portfolio within the division
Prepare offers for customers and finalize contracts
Monitor and report on competitive activities in the market
Conduct product training sessions and implementation within the region
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, etc., both nationally and internationally
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, natural sciences, medical training, or equivalent professional experience in the diagnostics field
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build sustainable interpersonal relationships
Results-oriented, structured, and resilient
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach
Team player with high initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
Excellent organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel (70-80%)
Fluent in German and strong English skills
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience in sales within the medical device industry, pharmaceutical industry, or a similar environment
In-depth understanding of the sales/secondary care market
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve impactful results
Flexible self-starter with the resilience to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to articulate problems and business opportunities with clients to secure long-term strategic business relationships
