I am working with a leading global medical device company that is divesting its spine business, creating a unique opportunity for experienced professionals in the spinal implants sector.
They are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in the Marktredwitz, Hof, Plauen region, focusing on innovative diabetes care solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge glucose monitoring technology and support health care professionals in improving diabetes management.
Your Responsibilities:
Promote an innovative glucose product portfolio and digital ecosystem to maximise sales.
Analyse accounts strategically and develop a tailored sales strategy.
Maintain and expand customer relationships through regular visits and digital communication.
Monitor the market and competition to stay ahead of industry trends.
Report activities via the CRM system and implement targeted sales initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.
Your Qualifications:
Degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
Experience in field sales within medical technology, pharma, or FMCG is preferred (open to motivated graduates with a passion for sales).
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into action.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with digital applications and processes.
Results-driven, structured, and resilient with a problem-solving mindset.
Team player with high energy, initiative, and adaptability.
Fluent in German and English.
