Sales and Therapy Specialist - Swiss Office
Your Role:
- Manage the full patient pathway, from patient selection to assisting with procedures in the cath lab/hybrid room.
- Train healthcare professionals, including interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and catheter lab staff, on advanced transcatheter technologies.
- Provide technical support during procedures, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure efficient operations.
- Support scientific studies and research projects.
- Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, demonstrating versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.
Your Profile:
- Preferably experience in clinical support and sales.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- In-depth product and process knowledge, with expertise in troubleshooting.
- Solid clinical understanding and the ability to interpret clinical trial data.
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly present technical and clinical information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust and work with diverse personalities in a clinical environment.
- Adherence to compliance and quality standards in a highly regulated field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt best practices across institutions.
- Willingness to work in the catheter lab several days a week and travel extensively (approximately 80-90%).
