Senior Inside Sales Representative - Diagnostics/Biotech
We are seeking an experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Diagnostics/Biotech sector in Illinois, USA. This permanent role is perfect for a professional with a solid background in technical sales and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical products to meet those needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Provide outstanding service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate and partner with other departments (marketing, customer service, pricing, technical service, credit etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and bolter the working relationship.
- Understanding pricing and quoting strategies to build business and maximize profits.
Skills Required:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a focus on inside sales. Experience in the diagnostics or biotech industry is advantageous.
- Technical Product Knowledge: Ability to understand and articulate the specifications and benefits of technical products.
- Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing and nurturing productive relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently to successful completion, meet deadlines, and follow-up in a timely manner through excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills ability to independently negotiate and manage a relationship with various customers as well as execute key sales strategies.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$100,000 plus commission, with a hybrid working arrangement allowing for three days per week in-office presence.
