Our client is currently seeking a Freelance Senior Manager with expertise in Commercial Strategy & Market Access to lead transformative Commercial Strategy projects, working with high-profile clients. Whilst also managing client engagements, driving problem-solving initiatives, and developing team capabilities across a variety of strategic projects. With a focus on Market Access, your ability to navigate complex commercial landscapes and lead initiatives such as M&A, Sales & Marketing strategies, and product launches will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute strategic transformations that drive commercial growth and operational excellence within the Pharmaceutical & Biotech sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, acting as a trusted advisor on high-impact projects.
- Lead and contribute to M&A projects, Sales & Marketing strategies, and product launch planning, ensuring alignment with broader market access and commercial objectives.
- Identify opportunities to challenge the status quo and bring forward innovative, practical solutions to complex business challenges.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and capability-building within your team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and high client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Demonstrated experience in leading Commercial transformation initiatives, with a focus on Market Access, sales & marketing strategies, and M&A projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically, with a visionary approach to driving large-scale, complex transformations.
- Extensive experience in driving change management initiatives, particularly within global, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex and evolving business landscapes.
- A natural ability to ideate, innovate, and challenge conventional approaches to drive meaningful change and deliver results.
