Sr. Quality Training Specialist
Our team is working with one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in the industry on a pivotal Sr. Quality Training Specialist role. As a Sr. Quality Training Specialist, you will partner closely with site leadership and technical subject-matter experts (SMEs) to conduct comprehensive performance assessments, identify training needs, and implement effective learning solutions.
In this dynamic role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust technical training programs. Your expertise will be crucial in auditing existing training programs, ensuring their effectiveness, and making necessary improvements. By collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will align training initiatives with business goals and priorities, driving the organization's success forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership and technical SMEs to conduct thorough assessments, identify performance needs, and coordinate learning activities.
- Develop, design, and maintain technical training programs and procedures for designated support areas.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels, using various delivery methods and technologies.
- Monitor training completion and compliance within the organization.
- Lead and participate in organizational projects and initiatives in support of training and organizational development.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- 3-5 years of sterile/aseptic manufacturing training experience in a cGMP environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training technologies.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Ability to present information engagingly to help the audience understand and retain the message.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
