Senior Manager, Quantitative Analytics & Forecasting
San Francisco Bay Area - 5 days onsite required.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Oncology Biotech company
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects involving data analytics and reporting, including performance tracking, competitive analysis, and promotion effectiveness.
- Apply analytical techniques to pharmaceutical data to address business needs and provide actionable insights.
- Manage the quarterly demand forecast process, including updates, reporting, and variance analyses.
- Develop and enhance forecasting tools, automate processes, and provide related analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate business dynamics into forecasts, track performance, and resolve data anomalies.
Qualifications Summary:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Forecasting
- Hands-on experience analyzing large pharmaceutical data sets using advanced statistical techniques - required
- Strong understand of pharmaceutical data sources (specialty pharmacy, specialty distributor, claims, Xponent)
- Experience with patient flow modelling techniques is highly desireable
- Experience in prior forecasting or data analytics in biotech / pharmaceutical industry is required
- Oncology experience is preferred
