Role: Senior Sales Manager
Salary up to:$200,000
Location: Remote
As we continue to expand, this newly established role plays a pivotal role in advancing our strategic growth initiatives. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Commercial Operations, USA, you will drive growth strategies and P&L for general medicine and specialty care for US marketplace. You will be involved in all aspects of our business such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Advertising and working with cross functional teams while fostering stakeholder relationships.
- Commercial Strategy & Development: Manage branded generic business, develop and execute sales initiatives aligned with business strategy, manage product lifecycles, and lead pricing strategies.
- Key Account & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain national accounts, ensuring compliance and sales growth. Foster relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, driving a performance-based culture. Implement and manage growth plans for team development.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related science discipline. An MBA is a plus.
- 10-15 years in Sales & Marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong track record of P&L responsibility.
- 7-10 years of experience in a managerial and strategic role in the region. Experience managing multiple countries is an advantage.
- Proven expertise in sales forecasting, product launches, tender/bid management, and strong relationships with regulatory bodies like the FDA, CDC, and NIH.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Veeva, PowerBI, etc.) is a must.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time, with a mix of fieldwork and occasional office visits.
