Sr. Manager/Assoc. Director - Global HEOR, Value, & Access Strategy
Location: Chicago, IL (on-site/hybrid)
Working within Global Value & Access and partnering across R&D, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Government Affairs, and more, the Sr. Manager/Assoc. Director will play a uniquely cross-functional role in ensuring access to life-saving diagnostics for millions of people across the world.
You'll lead Global Market Access and HEOR initiatives by:
- Developing comprehensive access strategies including reimbursement strategy, health technology assessment (HTA) strategy, and value-based pricing agreements.
- Informing clinical and medical strategies by engaging with experts and opinion leaders and conducting market research to identify evidence requirements for access across global markets.
- Leading project teams within Global Value & Access and effective cross-functional and external collaborations.
- Engaging with external stakeholders (including global government entities) and attending conferences and industry events to increase awareness and education around products' value, safety, and efficacy.
- Developing global value narratives, communications, and tools (e.g., value propositions, playbooks).
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of post-fellowship industry experience (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic) is required.
- PhD is preferred; Advanced degree is required (PhD, MPH, MBA, MD, PharmD, etc.).
- Experience in global roles is required.
- Infectious disease experienced is strongly preferred.
- Economic modeling experience is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of effective communications with key market access stakeholders (e.g., payors, policymakers) is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $160,000 - $220,000
- Annual Bonus: 15% - 20%; LTI eligible
