About the Role
A leading medical technology company is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to drive sales and business development in Northern Germany. This role focuses on representing a market-leading portfolio of endovascular and aortic products, working closely with surgeons, interventional radiologists, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the endovascular/aortic product line.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and hospital procurement teams.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training for healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer support.
Candidate Profile
- Proven sales experience in medical devices, ideally within the endovascular or aortic field.
- Strong knowledge of vascular surgery, interventional radiology, or related specialties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Northern Germany.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
