Vice President Marketing Immunology
EPM Scientific are leading the search for a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead our U.S. marketing initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be the strategic launch and ongoing leadership of marketing operations for an innovative monoclonal antibody, which is poised to make significant impacts across multiple indications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your deep expertise to devise, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing plans that span multiple therapeutic areas, with a particular emphasis on dermatology. This will involve a strategic synthesis of current market data and trends to craft impactful marketing strategies that resonate within the healthcare sector.
- Initiate and lead strategic brand initiatives designed to synchronize with overarching business objectives. This critical function includes the management of cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive the collective towards achieving significant market penetration and success.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and continuously adjust marketing campaigns to maintain a competitive edge. This will require a keen understanding of market dynamics and the agility to pivot strategies in response to market conditions and opportunities.
- Significantly influence the positioning of our product within the U.S. markets through robust interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders. This will involve persuasive communication and strategic negotiation to ensure our product's prime positioning and market acceptance.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, complemented by over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles within the biopharmaceutical sector, particularly those focused on immunology and related therapeutic areas.
